Disney Dining 101 – The Best Way to Eat Your Way Around Disney World
Did you know that the Walt Disney World Resort is home to some of the world’s top chefs? Many guests plan their dining reservations like a military operation. If you want to experience everything the Resort has to offer then you should definitely consider investing in a Disney Dining Plan.
1. Disney’s Quick Service Dining Plan
if you want to spend as much time experiencing the park’s rides and attractions as possible then you’ll probably only have time to grab a bite at the various quick-service restaurants. You can save some money by investing in the Quick Service Dining Plan; pay for your meals in advance by adding it to your Magic Your Way package.
Current prices are $31.99 per night per adult and $9.99 per night per child (ages 3-9). For that you’ll get two quick-service meals and two snacks each day for use at any of the quick-service restaurants (at hotels and theme parks). Each person also gets their own refillable mug which can be used at your hotel.
A quick-service meal includes an entree and dessert and a non-alcoholic drink or a combo meal, dessert and non-alcoholic drink so you definitely won’t go hungry!
2. Disney Dining Plan
If you want the best of both worlds then the Dining Plan allows you to eat at table service restaurants as well as the quick-service eateries. Your little princess will even be able to dine with Cinderella.
Prices range from $41.99 to $46.99 per adult per day depending on the time of year. Each day of your trip you’ll be able to choose one snack, one quick-service meal and one table-service meal. You’ll need to use two table-service credits for that Cinderella dining experience, and probably take some clinicallix afterwards.
3. Deluxe Dining Plan
If you want to experience as many table service restaurants as possible during your Disney vacation you should splash out on the Deluxe Dining Plan. Current prices are $71.99 per adult per night with kids paying $20.99 per night (ages 3-9). You’ll have the option of two snacks, and three table service meals or quick-service meals, you can just mix and match as you please.
The plans are only available to Walt Disney World Resort guests, Annual Passholders who are staying on Disney property and Disney Vacation Club (DVC) members and their guests who are using points to stay on property.
